PGY 3: the ED code team lead from 12 am-7am while on overnights.

For the golden hours between pass offs at 7am and 12am, the PGY 3 and 4 can discuss about who has the bandwidth to go to a code.

Remember that twice a month are mock codes run by Chuck Pozner. As always, he wants to see good chest compression, taking charge, moving the patient to a good clear area where everyone can work, and a clear exit strategy back to the ED.
